About Lea

While I was living in Switzerland and studying for my bachelor degree in geography and history, I was a substitute teacher at a middle school. I taught all topics at different levels according to the school’s need. I have also had the great pleasure to provide private classes to a student with a serious illness and received a special State authorization for assuring her schooling during 1 year in close cooperation with her teachers. This allowed her to go back to school when she was physically capable of doing so and to be up-to-date in all subjects

In parallel and for 10 years, I was as a private tutor for three students from kindergarten to college. I helped them with their homework and get ready for their exams. It was a great pleasure to accompany them in their learning journey and see them evolve in so many ways.

This experience was all in Switzerland, where I come from. With dual citizenship, I decided to move to Saint Augustine two years ago with my husband and son. I have since then tutored two students in middle school eager to learn French.

I am highly committed to ensuring my students' success and can't wait to start new learning adventures with you!

I am firm, loving and creative and do my very best to create a stimulating learning environment. My lessons are open to every levels and ages and include varied listening, speaking, reading and writing activities.
