Bonjour! Moi c'est Paul. I was born and raised in Paris, France, and received a French education all the way through my high school years.
My journey into tutoring began during college, where I found joy in helping fellow students navigate the complexities of the French language. The appeal of tutoring was not in simply passing on knowledge or reviewing what they had learned in class, but it was about connecting with each student individually, understanding their unique challenges, and building a learning experience that felt engaging and relevant to them. I took great joy in crafting lesson plans that catered to their specific needs, whether it was mastering grammar, expanding vocabulary, or gaining confidence in conversation.
When it comes to my tutoring approach, I believe in creating a supportive and interactive environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and ask questions. I strive to make our sessions enjoyable by incorporating topics and materials that interest you. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, improving your conversational skills, or starting from scratch, my goal is to guide you toward fluency at a pace that suits you.
