About Julie-Yara
I'm a filmmaker and an actress, I'm native in French, native-like in Syrian Arabic and I work in English ; I'm based in London but have lived in Switzerland and Lebanon, and I've taught and translated between French and Arabic for the last 10 years now. I've taught French to people coming to Switzerland and Arabic to people working in fields related to the Middle East, as well as basic Arabic alphabet classes to kids in camps.
