Do you long to speak French, but the very thought still brings back that old pre-French-class dread?

I'm here to help you restart French without fear — whatever they told you in school, you can do this.

I'm a native French speaker. I grew up bilingual and did all my schooling in France, so French is genuinely my first language — the real accent and expressions, not the stiff textbook version. I also live and think in English, so our lessons happen in a language we already share, and you'll never be thrown in at the deep end.

About the lesson

If school left you convinced you're "just not a languages person," I'd gently disagree with whoever told you that. There's no such thing as someone who can't learn a language — across most of the world, speaking two or three is normal. It never comes down to talent, only to how - and how kindly - you were taught.

Who I help
Adults at any level — complete beginners, rusty returners, and anyone who was made to feel they couldn't. Whether you want French for travel, work, conferences, connecting with family or a partner, or simply to prove to yourself that you can.

How lessons work
At your pace, always. We focus on the French you'll actually use, prioritise being understood over being perfect, and there's never any pressure or being put on the spot. Every lesson is built around your goals and interests.

Your free first conversation
We start with a relaxed first conversation — free, no testing, no pressure — so I can understand where you're starting from and what you'd love to do, and you can see whether we click.

Afterwards I'll send you a short, personalised plan. If it feels right, we begin; if not, you've lost nothing and gained a plan.
Lessons online or in person in London. Message me and tell me a little about where you are — there's genuinely no such thing as a bad starting point.
