About Leonie
As someone who has learnt 7 languages in her life so far, I would definitely call myself a language enthusiast with a passion of spreading this love. For the same reason I chose to pursue a degree in English linguistics and literature with a minor subject of foreign languages. I would love to share my passion with people who want to learn or improve their skills, as language skills are one of the best and most fun skills to have!

As someone who has learnt 7 languages in her life so far, I have experienced many different ways of language teaching and learning that I can draw on. In my degree in English linguistics and literature I have specialised in linguistics and have gained a lot of knowledge about how language(s), their structure, grammar, and syntax work. I think what really supports my way of teaching is my ability to draw on other languages as a resource to better explain how language in general works.
I am open to teaching beginners from the ground up, as well as intermediate or advanced learners and can help on accent reduction and dialect understanding.
