About Silvia

You’re in good hands! I’ve been teaching German for several years and bring not only experience, but also patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the learning process. My lessons are structured, supportive, and always tailored to your personal goals. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your fluency, I’ll guide you step by step with clarity, encouragement, and consistency. Punctuality, preparation, and professionalism are important to me – just as much as creating a positive and relaxed atmosphere where learning feels natural. Together, we’ll build your skills and your confidence in using German in real-life situations.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is student-centered, practical, and encouraging. I combine structure with flexibility by using proven teaching materials, which I adapt to each student’s level, goals, and learning style. My lessons typically include grammar, vocabulary, speaking practice, and real-life examples to help students apply what they’ve learned right away.

A standard lesson lasts 60 minutes, but I’m flexible and adapt the length to each student’s needs. I mainly teach beginner and intermediate learners (A1–B2), from teenagers to adults, but I’m also happy to work with younger children.

I’ve been teaching German for several years, both professionally and as a volunteer, and specialize in helping beginners build a strong foundation. I also understand the language-learning process from experience, having learned Spanish after moving to Argentina over a decade ago. This allows me to teach with empathy and develop effective, personalized strategies for each learner.
