About Caoilfhinn
I am a second-year biological science student and a native Irish speaker. I grew up speaking Irish at home and did all my education through Irish. I have a strong understanding of the language as well as the Irish education system.
I am passionate about the Irish language and enjoy helping students develop their confidence and ability in Irish. I want to make Irish more accessible and interesting for students, while helping them achieve their academic goals.

I take a patient and hands on approach to tutoring. I am passionate about the Irish language and want to help students not only improve their grades, but also become more confident and comfortable using Irish.
I place a strong focus on teaching grammar by breaking it down into smaller, manageable parts. I also encourage students to develop confident, natural spoken Irish through conversation and speaking practice.
I adapt lessons to each student's individual needs and work from their current level of understanding. Every student learns differently, so I am happy to adapt my teaching style and lesson content depending on what works best for them.
I offer lessons for Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert students, including both Higher and Ordinary Level, and can work with students of different abilities and levels of confidence.
