About Rachel
My name is Rachel and I live in Dublin, Ireland. I am a native Irish speaker and grew up surrounded by the language in my household. I never went to a Gaelscoil but the passion for Irish was always there. My main reason for becoming a teacher was to help students and to instill in them a love for our native language.

About the lesson

Junior Cycle: I will cover everything from course literature (poems/short stories/drama/novel) to essays. Sentence structure and development of vocabulary is an essential component of each lesson as well as usability of the language.
Leaving Certificate: Particular focus will be given to the oral examination. I have experience as an examiner here so I know exactly how to pick up easy marks to ensure you can succeed. A range of notes will be provided for the written section of the paper depending on the students needs and ability. Again sentence structure and development of vocabulary is an essential part of each lesson.
