About Mara

I am an Italian native Tutor and actress graduated and specialised in Theatre and Languages. I have been teaching Italian for 10 years to students of any age and nationality helping them to become quickly more confident in the command of the language.

About the lesson

All my lessons are tailored to my student's needs; we choose in advance the topic that my students would like to focus on and I prepare activities ad hoc. I mostly teach a strategy to think, associate and easily remember vocabulary and grammar structures, in a friendly and playful atmosphere. I work a lot with songs and games. I would like that my students feel free to experiment and try to practise the language without worrying to make mistakes but seeing them as an opportunity to learn.

I teach online or in person only in London (Uxbridge).

Before we get started, I offer a free 30-minute video call to understand your specific goals and motivation (this doesn’t include practice).
