About Alex
I have known how to speak Spanish ever since I was born. I frequently visit Mexico to see family and am constantly exposed to Spanish language and culture. I have also taken Spanish language classes in school to formalize and further perfect my grammar and writing skills. I am enrolled at BASIS Oro Valley and have a 3.8 GPA. I have taken 6 AP classes with 4 Honors classes including Spanish 3. I have tutored ESL and have tutored many elementary students along with middle schoolers.

As a native Spanish speaker, I've been exposed to Spanish all my life and can speak it fluently. On top of that, I'm enrolled at BASIS Oro Valley and on a more formal note, I have taken Spanish 3 and have gained a deeper understanding of how to teach the language. Focusing on your goals, whether it be studying for class or trying to learn for fun, I like to create a fun environment and incorporate culture and music into learning. Flexible hours with in-person or online sessions.
