I am fully familiar with the sensation of feeling stuck, even frustrated perhaps, when you face challenges in learning, recalling, and more importantly, applying new information in a way that even if you forget what you learned, because the knowledge gained is not in use, you should be able to still have tools to help recall it and re-learn it in a more speedy and efficient way.

The part of my nursing job that I enjoy the most is teaching not only my patients/family but also my colleagues in training. Teaching is something that comes rather naturally in me and probably inherited from my father still teaches in his 70s. I'd love to work with student and help them attain their goals. I am easygoing and my teaching/tutoring style is not the one of a strict teacher nor sergeant, but rather someone who empowers you with confidence, so you build your self up.
