About Maria
I am Maria, a 23 year old student at IIT coming from Madrid, Spain. I studied Industrial Engineering for 4 years. I am currently studying an engineering MSc in Chicago, and still getting to know the city and the people. I have taught spanish every time I lived abroad, and it's always a fun thing to do and a way of distracting my mind after so many math and physics classes. I have a lot of experience teaching and I am very good with kids, although, I would not mind teaching adults and/or having a higher-level conversation classes.

I have been teaching spanish for several years, although I am an engineer. Mostly I teach by conversation, which help students learn fast, but sometimes it's good to sit down and work in writing skills. You will learn a lot of vocabulary and grammar! Spanish is a lot easier than you think.
