About Florencia

I am a dedicated and passionate tutor from Bolivia, currently a junior studying Intercultural Studies at Dallas Baptist University. Fluent in Spanish and English and currently learning Italian, I have a deep appreciation for language and culture. With years of experience working with children in various settings—teaching Bible studies, serving in church programs, and volunteering in hospitals to comfort kids before surgery—I understand how to connect with and support young learners. My approach is patient, engaging, and tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and motivated while learning Spanish. Parents can trust that their children are in good hands with a tutor who is not only knowledgeable but also deeply committed to their learning and well-being.

About the lesson

My lessons are verbal, practical, and interactive, designed to engage children in a fun and effective way. I use conversation, storytelling, games, and real-life examples to reinforce language skills. Through repetition, visual aids, and hands-on activities, I help students build confidence, improve pronunciation, and develop a natural understanding of Spanish. Each lesson is tailored to the child’s learning style, ensuring an enjoyable and productive experience.
