Methodology
I have worked a lot with students in university-level Spanish courses. However, I am more than comfortable to help with high school courses as well. For students not currently already enrolled in courses, I feel more suitable for conversation help.
For students in courses, I like to know what my students are learning in their class and what part of the material they are comfortable with. I have educational materials for most areas of Spanish learning both from my own education and of my own creation.
I like to explain the more basic and general rules of the language before we proceed into more complex rules.
Background
I recently finished studying at a four-year institution in the area of Spanish-English Translation & Interpreting. While in my studies, I was also a peer tutor for both the Spanish department courses and English writing. I am comfortable and confident in my ability to help with Spanish grammer, writing, conversation and translation.
