About Eric
I am a petroleum engineer with a passion for languages, I currently speak: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Chinese.
Being a recent graduate, I have seen many of my classmates fail to get their degree because they cannot pass their second language comprehension exam, which is usually English. I have helped several of them prepare for the exam and they have finally been able to pass the exam. Since we live in a globalized world, being bilingual is starting to become the norm.
I know how boring it can be to learn a language in the traditional way, and that is why I do not follow the traditional methodology of using books and recordings, I like to speak the language that I am learning, and with the help of my teacher, work towards fluency.

I have taught Spanish to students from China, during class they would tell me what they did during the day and I would intervene whenever they made a mistake. Once they finished talking about their day, I would identify the errors they made and we would work on them during class. I believe that there is no better way of learning a language than by speaking it; just ask yourself, how did you learn your native language? YOU SPOKE IT, that's how I've learned 5 languages. I will make you believe in your language skills and we will reinforce them until you feel confident in these skills.
I prefer personal classes, this way I can correct you quickly and my attention is entirely focused on you.
