About Mayra Ayelen

Hi! I’m a native Spanish teacher from Argentina, a qualified English teacher, and I hold a degree in Human Resources. Having taught Spanish extensively to native English speakers, I understand the specific linguistic hurdles English speakers face when learning Spanish, allowing me to guide you smoothly and effectively.

I am a strong believer in continuous learning. Currently, I am in my third year of Medical School and regularly train in educational neuroscience, which helps me apply brain-friendly teaching techniques to make learning faster and more enjoyable. Outside of academics, I also own and manage my own rural tea house and restaurant surrounded by nature.

I have a wide variety of interests—ranging from medicine and science to business, nature, gardening, and music. This diversity allows us to explore rich, real-world topics in our lessons, keeping our conversations engaging, meaningful, and tailored to your personal interests!
