About Luz

**About Me**

Hola, I'm Luz, a native Spanish speaker from Madrid, Spain.n My commitment to Spanish language education is rooted in both my cultural heritage and my years of experience as a tutor.

**13 Years in the USA:** Over a decade ago, I embarked on an adventure that took me from the heart of Madrid to United States. This journey has not only deepened my appreciation for the Spanish language but also allowed me to understand the challenges of language learning from a personal perspective.

**Passion for Nature and Sports:** On my spare time I'm out in nature, embracing the San Diego lifestyle. Surfing and immersing myself in the world of nature sports are my true passions. If this is also something you value we can find inspiring outdoors spaces for the Spanish lessons.

**3 Years of Tutoring Experience:** With three years of Spanish tutoring experience, I've had the privilege of helping students of all ages and backgrounds. My approach is dynamic, adaptable, and focused on your individual learning needs.

**A Special Love for Conversations:** Conversational fluency is the heart of effective language communication. I particularly enjoy guiding my students through engaging and meaningful conversations, since this is what helped me most when I was learning English.

My commitment to your Spanish learning journey is driven by my passion for teaching and my genuine desire to see you succeed.

You can trust that I bring a mix of cultural authenticity, personal experience, and professional dedication to every lesson!

My Tutoring Approach: Tailoring Spanish to You

Imagine your Spanish learning experience as a personalized journey just for you. Before our first class, we'll sit down and map out a plan together:

**Focus and Goals:** We'll define what you want to focus on, whether it's grammar mastery, expanding your vocabulary, becoming a confident conversationalist, or a bit of everything.

**Learning Style:** I'll understand how you learn best, adapting to your unique style. Whether you're a visual learner, an auditory learner, or a hands-on learner, I've got you covered.

**Topics of Interest:** What piques your curiosity? We'll choose readings, conversations, and exercises that align with your interests. Spanish becomes engaging when it's about the things you love.

**Class Cadence:** We'll set the pace that suits you. Whether you prefer intensive sessions or a more relaxed approach, it's your schedule, your choice.

**Homework and Practice:** Together, we'll establish a manageable practice routine, ensuring consistent progress.

**Goals and More:** We'll define clear, achievable milestones that we'll celebrate together as you reach them.

**For All Ages:** Whether you're a child, a teen, or an adult, I'm here to guide you. Small class sizes ensure you get personalized attention, with a maximum of 3 students per class.

Learning Spanish should be exciting, relevant, and fun. Join me, and let's make your Spanish journey an adventure designed just for you.
