About Nora
Certified and Experienced
I’m a native speaker of Mandarin (simplified Chinese). I graduated from Tianjin Normal University as a major of Chinese Language and Literature. After that I passed the exam and got the Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of other Languages which is issued by Center for Language Education and Cooperation(CLEC).
Standard Accent
Not every native speaker could be a language tutor, Especially there are so many different dialects and accents in Chinese. My accent is neutral and very easy to understand. On my National Mandarin Proficiency Test, I received a rank of level 2-A. And I’m also a Chinese voiceover artist.
Good Personality
Teaching Chinese to foreigners is my passion. I'm a patient and open-minded person who have friends and students from different culture backgrounds, I’m sure we will have wonderful learning experiences.

I'm glad to help you achieve your goals. we can discuss any topics you are interested in, (movies, trends, relationships, arts, politics…) Grammar and vocabulary mistakes will be corrected, new vocabulary will be introduced in the process as we discuss different topics.
