About Eda

My name is Eda and I am 22 years old and grew up in the beautiful city of Nuremberg. I completed my bachelor's degree in English literature in 2021 and am now studying to become a teacher in German and politics for high school. I have been giving private tuition in German and English since I was 14 and during my 4-year stay abroad I taught German (DaF) to children in particular. Since the beginning of the pandemic I have been working as a German teacher on various online platforms.

About the lesson

It is particularly important to me to make the lessons exciting and to bring my students closer not only to the German language but also to the culture. I like to start the lesson with a short intro about the topic and structure the rest of the lesson with games/tasks/texts etc. depending on the topic and the age of the student. At the end of the lesson I like to send links to tasks or materials , in case my students want to learn more about the topic in their free time.
