About Royce
Jambo! I am Royce, a native Swahili speaker born and raised in Dodoma, Tanzania. Swahili is my first language and my passion.
I love teaching and sharing Tanzanian culture with the world. I am patient, friendly, and I understand how hard it is to learn a new language. I explain everything in simple, clear English.
I want to teach because I want to help you connect with Tanzanian people, not just speak words. My goal is to make you confident to speak Kiswahili anywhere!

My Swahili lessons are focused on speaking from day one! I don't teach boring textbook Swahili, I teach the real Kiswahili people speak in Tanzania every day.
My methodology is simple: 70% speaking, 20% listening, 10% notes. We will learn greetings, market conversations, travel phrases, and daily life dialogues.
Perfect for beginners, travelers coming to Tanzania/Zanzibar, or anyone with a Tanzanian family. Lessons are online via Zoom/Google Meet, friendly, patient, and personalized to your goal.
