About Awa

I have passionately been teaching French since I was a student. I used to help my friends with their homework and explain to them the lesson we just had. As a result, I started to develop teaching envy and then I was receiving students from other classes and other schools at my house. When I graduated, I was doing a job which did not provide real happiness to me and I started again to teach concomitantly with my other job. Besides, I've gained experience from these years of teaching which enabled me to develop real professionalism with my students.

About the lesson

First, I evaluate my students' level to comprehend how I can help them. I like the interaction between my students and me, therefore, I discuss with them to help them figure out their potential. Additionally, one important thing I would like my students to embed is that listening is the key. I create conditions to make them listen to me and others through videos because I believe that visuals and audio can help a lot to learn. Moreover, I do think that motivation is another important key for learners, that's why I love to empower my students and help them to be comfortable because dealing with a foreign language can be tricky. Through years of teaching, I have helped a lot of students learn French and helped to succeed in their annual exams. One last thing is that I'm always available for my students and I'm able to support them to attain their goals. So, whether you are willing to learn French as a second language to live in a French country, if you just like French and want to learn it, or if you have a kid who is learning French, whatever the reason that motivates you, I'm here to help.
