About Hilal

Hello! My name is Hilal and I am a native Turkish speaker with a strong academic background in English Literature. I graduated with Distinction and also studied in Boston, USA, where I achieved a 3.8 GPA. Through my academic journey, I developed strong skills in academic writing, research and communication.

I have teaching experience in English and have worked with students preparing for important university entrance exams in Turkey. I also had the opportunity to teach at one of the well-known English language institutions in Turkey, where I helped students improve their language skills, confidence and academic performance.

My lessons are designed to be supportive, structured and tailored to each student’s needs. I teach Turkish and English to students at different levels, from beginners to advanced learners. I especially enjoy helping students build confidence in speaking and develop strong writing skills.

In addition to language lessons, I offer support with academic writing, essay writing, CV review, personal statements and proofreading. Many students and professionals need help expressing their ideas clearly and professionally in English, and I guide them step by step through this process.

I also have experience working with AI tools and prompt writing, and I help students use modern tools effectively for research, writing and productivity.

Having studied and lived in different international environments, including the United States and Europe, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and adapting to different academic systems. My goal is to create a motivating learning environment where students feel confident, supported and able to make real progress.

My lessons are suitable for students, professionals and anyone interested in learning Turkish or improving their English, whether for academic, professional or personal reasons.

About the lesson

My teaching style is supportive, practical and focused on real results. I adapt every lesson to the student’s goals, whether they want to improve their speaking skills, academic writing, or overall confidence in English or Turkish.

During lessons, we focus on real communication, useful vocabulary and clear explanations. I also help students with academic writing, essay structure, CV writing and proofreading, which is especially helpful for students and professionals.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and includes speaking practice, targeted exercises and personalised feedback so students can improve quickly and see real progress.

I have a background in English Literature and experience teaching English, and I am a native Turkish speaker. This allows me to guide students effectively and help them feel confident using the language in real situations.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners, including students, professionals and anyone who wants to learn Turkish or improve their English in a supportive and structured way.
