About Constance

I graduated as a naturopathic advisor and member of the naturopaths union. I'm specialized in managing emotions and addictions. I give advice on healthy lifestyle by learning to eat healthy, both physically, mentally and emotionally. My goal is to teach how to go from anxiety to serenity while respecting the body, by natural methods.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on experimentation. Nothing like testing, feeling, tasting, making a mistake, starting over to remember. I work in a structured way, you will receive summary sheets of each course and application exercises will be given after each session while respecting your availability.
