About MARIETTA

I am a former educator with 20 years + of teaching experience at both the elementary and secondary level. I am certified in the areas of Biology, Chemistry, General Science, and K-6 grade in the state of New York. Most of my experience has been teaching students Biology, AP Biology, and Chemistry. Moreover, I have tutored privately in the areas of English and Math. I also spent time coaching softball and directing theater at the local church.
I am currently home schooling a third grade student on a regular basis. When not teaching, I am at the clinc or on the road as a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist.

About the lesson

I am a student - centered educator who will match my students learning style with my plans for the day. I am encouraging and positive with my students, cheering them on as they improve in their knowledge and understanding of the topic being taught.
