About Rolan
I’m a certified USA Swimming coach with active CPR, First Aid, and Red Cross certifications, and I can provide proof upon request. I currently swim for the USC Trojans and have competed at the NCAA level, bringing both professional expertise and real athletic experience to every lesson. With over four years of private coaching, I’ve worked with swimmers of all ages—from beginners learning to float to adults perfecting their stroke technique. I take safety, trust, and results seriously and tailor every session to help students progress confidently and enjoy their time in the water.

I’m a competitive swimmer for the USC Trojans with NCAA experience and over four years of private coaching. My lessons focus on technique, confidence, and efficiency in the water—whether you’re a complete beginner or training for competition. Each session starts with a personalized warm-up, followed by stroke refinement, breathing control, and endurance drills tailored to your goals. I’ve worked extensively with children, teens, and adults, helping students overcome fear of water, improve speed, and perfect their form. My goal is to make every lesson safe, challenging, and enjoyable so you can see real progress and fall in love with swimming.
