I approach fitness and health from a holistic standpoint. I believe that health involves many different aspects, including lifestyle, mental health, and physical fitness. One cannot focus on one area only and have truly successful results. Because of this, I work with my clients to address changes that can be made in their lifestyle as a whole to achieve a healthier life.
I am currently a Biology and Kinesiology major as well as a NCSF Personal Trainer and Barre Above instructor. I have experience helping people to reach their health and fitness goals and look forward to continuing to help many others!
