About Gozie
I have been tutoring for 6 years, beginning in college. I have tutored students of all ages, from elementary school to college aged. In addition, I have worked with youth from different backgrounds, including refugees, children with ADHD and students with language barriers. My most popular subjects are geometry, biology, physics, chemistry, English, college essays and study/organization skills. I have both volunteer tutoring and professional tutoring experience. I have tutored privately, with organizations such as The Princeton Review and C2 education, and have also conducted group tutoring sessions.

Hello! My name is Gozie and I am currently completing my masters. I have a B.S in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Spanish with a minor in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University. I am a patient but persistent tutor. My teaching method involves learning what my students do and do not know, how they understand material and which learning methods are best for each student. I develop personalized plans for each individual in which I incorporate their strengths while working on their weaknesses. I ensure to develop lessons around students interests.
