About Kim
I am a nerdy, fun-loving teacher. I incorporate humor to help engage my students in the learning process. For fun, I like to travel, knit, crochet, weave, and I participate in local LARPs.
I enjoy helping students reach their goals and understand their lessons. Remember, learning is a process of struggle. You have struggled to learn everything in your life, including how to walk. I am willing to help you through those struggles to get your understanding where it needs to be.

I am a warm demander when it comes to tutoring. We can work through your homework problems, I can prepare additional practice for you, or we can simply work on studying for an upcoming exam.

I have taught high school math for the past 8 years. I am a licensed teacher in the state of Washington. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education. Classes taught include: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, PreCalculus, and AP Calculus.
