Student must learn to think, apply knowledge.
Must be able to read and comprehend what is being asked.
First, I need a baseline to understand what you know.
Second, using what you know, you will explain concept to me.
Next, I will review your work explaining where your thinking went astray.
Next, I will teach concept of assigned HW, you will regurgitate information back to me, making sure you understand the concept.
We will work a few problems together until you show me that you understand the concept.
