He has a desire to teach and a willingness to learn from his mistake. Adapt to the environment to teach. He loves working over the times to help better understand the materials in Math and History. I remember a time in school peer leader tutoring a student didn't understand a specific topic in his math class and stay a extra to better explain that specific topic to the student.
