About Sam
As a dedicated university student studying a bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery at JCU with a strong passion for Math and Science, I’ve always loved sharing what I’ve learned with others. Through 50+ hours of tutoring experience, I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance and encouragement can make a real difference. I genuinely enjoy teaching and take pride in making tricky concepts easier to understand. I’m patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping my students grow. It’s really rewarding to see someone go from struggling to succeeding and I’m excited to be part of that journey. :)

I employ interactive methods, adapting to individual needs and hand out detailed homework sheets. Lessons are typically 1 hour. As a university student with top grades and passion for teaching, I cater to those up to and including Year 12 level in Maths and Science. Ultimately, by the end of the lesson, I aim to ensure the student feels comfortable and confident with the concepts that we covered.

I highly recommend Sam for his exceptional ability to explain complex topics clearly to me with very high patience and enthusiasm. Sam’s dedication and teaching style have made a noticeable difference in my academic performance and confidence.
He is excelling at his studies at the moment with obtaining multiple >90% grades. He also explains concepts really well and if I am unsure he always reassures me that I will get the correct answer eventually.
10/10 stars! He is super smart and super patience. If I ever asks questions he always explains them really in depth which makes me understand the content more.
