I use a science based methodology that uses research as a source for best practices. I use the ADDIE model, Kirkpatrick's 4 steps of evaluation, and bloom's taxonomy for training. I use the C-JAM method for job analysis and behavioral anchored rankings for performance appraisal. I use the Lewin model of change for change management and a mixture of validation methods for assessments.
I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who has a Master of Art in I/O Psychology from Adler University. I have worked with non-profit companies to assist with succession planning for an Executive Director and consulting on training for managers. I create, deliver and assess training in my current role as an extra task and I am doing work with a professional organization in San Antonio using statistics to view trends of the organization. I have created selection assessments, a 360-feedback performance tool, online surveys and a performance appraisal system.
