About Zoey

University student working on my bachelor’s degree. I excel in mathematics and can easily tutor those who struggle in the subject. I am mostly open to tutoring on the weekends, but may be able to slide in some weekday study sessions as well. While I've not had the joy of being a paid tutor in the past, I have much experience with assisting and helping others understand math subjects, even if it has meant teaching myself the subject in cases where I had not taken the class yet. I have no doubts in my ability to help you or your child better understand the subject.

About the lesson

Lessons will be tailored to the individuals being tutored. Whether that be flash cards, worksheets, notes tailored to the student’s understanding, or simply just helping and proofing assignments. If you know how you prefer to be tutored, then that’s great! If not, then no problem, we can work together to find a way that allows you to learn quickly and efficiently learn the subject.

My lessons run at 12/hr and there is a cancellation policy of 50% if lessons are canceled less than 24 hours prior, this allows for compensation because when you cancel, I don’t have ample time to schedule an appointment with another student needing help! Our first meeting will be completely free of charge, just 45 minutes to allow me to understand how to best help you during our endeavors. All lessons are virtual, which allows wiggle room for sick kiddos or location change, increases the chances of finding a lesson time that works for you, and less likely chance of lessons being canceled!
