About Vishal
I have completed M.E. (Master of Engineering) in biochemical engineering and biotechnology in 2012, and M.Sc. (Master of Science) in biotechnology in 2004. I have published 8 research papers in international journal of repute and have 197 citations with Google scholar ‘H’ index of 5 (as on 18/4/2018). I am winner of cash prize First Rank in M.Sc. Biotechnology in S.R.T.M University, Nanded for the year 2003-04. I am presently working as lecturer at reputed engineering college in India. I have been in teaching fraternity from last 14 years. As a assistant professor in the biotechnology engineering department at KIT’s college of engineering, Kolhapur, I am experiencing the rewards of teaching at graduate and post graduate course in Biotechnology.

Teaching is exhilarating. I never feel more energised than after a class that has gone well. I have a passion for science and technology and enjoy sharing this excitement with others. Due to the fact that students learn differently, the best teacher, in my opinion, is one who can teach in a variety of ways. I encourage the use of power point and multimedia presentations for teaching learning process. This varied method approach allows individual students to experience effective learning. A student’s interest should always be buoyed by a spirited presentation of material. I am a highly organized person. I am secure in my effectiveness as a teacher because of my multi-disciplinary knowledge, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
