About Steffen

I am an experienced communication and negotiation trainer specializing in professional negotiations, sales conversations, customer communication and challenging workplace situations.

I have designed and delivered practical training for employees working in sales, customer service, technical support and other customer-facing roles. My focus is always on situations people actually encounter at work – from handling objections and resistance to preparing important negotiations and finding convincing arguments.

I believe successful negotiation is not about winning at all costs. It is about understanding interests, asking the right questions, communicating persuasively and finding solutions that lead to better outcomes.

My training is practical and interactive. We can analyze real situations, try different approaches and practice conversations so that you are not just learning negotiation techniques, but becoming more confident using them.
In one-to-one sessions, we can focus entirely on your individual goals – including an upcoming negotiation or difficult conversation that you want to prepare for.

About the lesson

My negotiation lessons are practical, interactive and tailored to real professional situations. We work with scenarios you actually face at work, so you can apply what you learn immediately.
Depending on your goals, we can focus on preparing and structuring negotiations, identifying interests and needs, asking the right questions, developing convincing arguments, handling objections and resistance, and reaching clear and constructive agreements.
A key part of my approach is practice. We use realistic scenarios, role plays and reflection to analyse what works, where a conversation becomes difficult and how you can respond more confidently and strategically.

We can also work directly with an upcoming negotiation or challenging professional situation. Together, we prepare your approach, anticipate possible objections and practise different ways of responding.

Lessons are designed for professionals, sales and customer-facing employees, managers, self-employed professionals and anyone who wants to become more confident and effective in negotiations.

Sessions are personalised to your goals and typically last 60 minutes.
