About Chayanika
Hello! I’m Chayanika Saharia, currently pursuing my Master's in Political Science at the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya. I have a deep passion for understanding the dynamics of politics, governance, and public policy. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, which I aim to share with my students.
I believe in fostering a learning environment where trust and mutual respect are paramount. My approach is to inspire curiosity and confidence in my students by making complex concepts accessible and engaging. Whether it’s exploring global political systems or local governance structures, I strive to make each topic relatable and easy to understand for primary and secondary-level learners.

My teaching approach focuses on student-centered learning, where students actively engage with the material. I prefer to use a mix of interactive and visual learning methods that allow students to explore concepts independently and collaboratively. I emphasise understanding over memorisation . My class sessions are well-organised but adaptable based on the students' needs. I am attuned to individual needs and adapt my teaching methods to ensure every student gets the attention they need, making my classes inclusive and supportive. My teaching approach is specifically tailored to cater to primary and secondary-level students, focusing on developing foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills appropriate to their age and learning stage.
