About McKenna
-I have a golden-doodle named Ivy. She is a big teddy bear with lots of personality. She can join lessons for emotional support. -I started nursing school saying I would never be a NICU nurse (in my head the patients were too tiny), but I found that I loved the challenge these micropremies offer. I love intensive care for its high level of on your toes/critical thinking. -I received my first degree from the University of Nebraska. I tutored pre-med classes all the way through and was a TA for multiple biology classes. -I received my nursing degree (BSN) at Regis University in Colorado. I specifically completed their accelerated program (11 months to a BSN), which was wild. I am still lifelong friends with several of my nursing school friends!

We will also test your knowledge through individual quizzes pulled from REAL nursing situations I've encountered. Nursing school is difficult, but I am here to make it easier. Learning isn't supposed to be boring or far from reality of real-world situations. Not every concept is fun, but I firmly believe that we can make it easier to master and have some laughs along the way. I can tutor you in any nursing school subject or get you ready for the NCLEX.
