About Jessica
My name is Jessica and I am currently a neuroscience student at university. I have been teaching alongside my studies since secondary school, and have been combining my passion for science and music, with my interest in teaching. I plan to pursue a career in academia or education after my degree, which is why I have started teaching from so early on in my career. I aim to provide engaging lessons which will not only help students to achieve their goals, but also inspire a love for learning.

My biology and chemistry lessons cover the content from the specifications, with a big focus on exam practice, and will be personalised, depending on the stage and ability of the student. I have previous experience in tutoring and achieved grade 9s in Biology and Chemistry GCSE and A*s in both Biology and Chemistry A-level
My cello lessons are for a range of students, from beginners up to grade 8 ABRSM. Beginners will learn the basics of cello-playing, and can work up towards cello grades. Alongside their grades, I teach my students to develop their technical skills through learning music outside of the ABRSM syllabus. I have 4 years of experience, and have taught a range of students with different abilities, and at different paces.
