I am currently in graduate school at the University of Hartford, studying Neuroscience. I have been practicing yoga for almost 7 years. I practice every day and have a passion for informing people on all the ways yoga can improve your life.

I love to do whatever flow feels best for me in that moment, so I "wing it." Of course, I use predetermined flows that are sequenced, but I switch up the order of flows based on how I am feeling. This keeps it fun and unpredictable! I love to explain what muscles are being stretched in a pose and I like to use my voice as a calming mechanism, instructing when to inhale and exhale.
