Be the human that builds a team to develop the best in ourselves. Give the tools, not the numbers. I made some mistakes. I have examples in different situations of what to do or not to do. Make a difference for an enterprise. At the age of 22 years old, I was the highest-paid manager in 32 restaurants… why? It's simple buddies! Passion.
