Lenny's response
I had a great World of Warcraft session with Wesley. He was engaged, easy to work with, and very open to trying new strategies and making adjustments to improve his gameplay.

During our session, we tested several changes to his Destruction Warlock setup that resulted in more than doubling his DPS. We also covered how to convert eligible gear into Tier pieces and then moved into Delves, where we configured his healer companion and worked through strategies for successfully completing Delves solo.

Wesley picked up the information quickly, asked good questions, and was willing to put the changes into practice right away. It was a productive and enjoyable session, and I look forward to working with him again and continuing to improve his character and overall gameplay.

Lenny's response
Shane was a great student to work with. We successfully set up World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic from scratch, reinstalled the game, added and configured addons, and tested everything to make sure it was running smoothly. We even got the first in game death out of the way . Shane was engaged, asked good questions, and picked things up quickly. Looking forward to working together again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lenny, and I can confidently say they are one of the best teachers I've ever encountered in the realm of computer skills. What sets them apart is their ability to break down complex concepts into bite-sized, relatable pieces that stick with you.
From day one, Lenny assessed my skill level and tailored the sessions to my needs. His enthusiasm is infectious; he uses real-world examples, hands-on demos, and even fun analogies (comparing debugging to detective work!) to keep things engaging without overwhelming. I went from feeling intimidated by spreadsheets to confidently automating reports at work—all in just a few weeks.
Not only is Lenny a technical wizard, but he's also incredibly patient and encouraging, fostering a supportive environment where questions are celebrated, not rushed. If you're looking to level up your tech game, look no further. Highly recommend—five stars all the way!

First Lenny created an environment of openness and asked quality questions to understand my needs. Next as I got to learn about him it allowed me to ask/learn additional unexpected things.
Then he led me through addressing my issues via shared screens and helping me understand how certain things in Mac world work. We were able to drill down a primary issue and with his guidance solve it. Whew!

Can't recommend Lenny enough.

Lenny is very knowledgeable and has been a great source of wisdom on a wide variety of tech areas, some that I knew I wanted to harness and improve on, and others that he suggested to me. I am much better informed and equipped to film and produce my guitar lesson content with software, hardware, and AI tools thanks to him. Highly recommended.
