About Casie
I am a 37-year-old English teacher. I have been teaching English in public and charter schools for 3 years. Before these experiences, I taught preschool in schools for 8 years. I was able to teach remotely during the COVID lockdown of 2020; this allowed me to learn about online teaching. I enjoy cooking, movies, and crafting.

I prepare lessons that have modified materials and activities to maintain student engagement and student interest. I also enjoy tailoring instruction to the individual needs and interests of each student. As I am certified to teach English in NYS, and I currently work as an English teacher, I am confident I am able to prepare instruction that is interesting, challenging, and a good fit to any student I assist.
