About Victor
I've been teaching fourth grade for 27 years straight. There's a reason for that. I'm effective. I've served on advisory committees in my district, where I was asked to pilot ELA and Math programs. I am asked to serve as the fourth grade ICT teacher every year, helping students on all ability levels to succeed.
