I have taught professional exams for over 20 years in accounting and have taught at both professional accounting FTC (now Kaplan) and BPP for that period I have experience as a forensic auditor working for both public District Audit and private practice ( medium size NE accounting practice) Tait Walker on statutory accounts, internal audit and have run my own business.

Rate for online lessons : $66/h
Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $311
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $622

I am £50 per hour face to face (including travel costs) and due to the majority of my teaching being professional qualifications CIMA, ACCA and ICEAW or MBA admission and graduate teaching my on-line rates are £48.

• Marking for ICEAW, CIMA & ACCA in-house involves mentoring students towards passing their final exam and gaining the qualification such as ACCA P3 and ICS materials.

On progression through their studies, direct links with CIMA, timetabling courses and arranging in-centre talks from the CIMA body. Also raising BPP profile by talking to educational bodies about professional accounting qualifications.

• Distance learning cohort management. My role is supporting the distance learning students on forums Cima final level case.

• Assistant subject manager ACCA F1, ACCA and CIMA Business strategy and AAT audit. Writing material and technical checking of materials.

• AAT manager (apprenticeship for BPP the north 2001) participating in meetings with external businesses to assess their requirements in terms of student reporting and delivery. Business case submission for government grants and inspections.
Implementing AAT funding into BPP D32, D33 and IV for the North working with Directors across BPP to ensure success.

I ran the final level CIMA courses and had responsibility for excellent pass rates, student retention and developing student numbers. I taught 3 of the 4 strategic subjects for CIMA at BPP Newcastle for over 5 years – Business strategy, information strategy, and case study. Liaison with both Cima bodies and ACCA.

I spoke at a number of colleges including South and North Tyneside to increase the profile of BPP in terms of the professional qualifications that we had to offer.

Throughout my teaching I had 100% pass rates in several of my classes and prize winners in both ACCA and CIMA
