About Jennifer
I’m a newly qualified teacher with a real love for helping young people learn, especially in maths and science. Growing up, I often helped my younger brother with his schoolwork, and that’s where my passion for teaching began. I saw how much of a difference it made when someone explained things in a way that really made sense—and I wanted to do that for others too. I enjoy building strong relationships with my students and creating a space where they feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I’m especially passionate about creating a calm, positive environment where learners feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and enjoy their progress.

Every child learns differently, and I take pride in tailoring each lesson to suit the individual. I put a lot of thought and care into adapting my teaching style to match your child’s needs—whether they need help building confidence, catching up, or pushing ahead. My approach is calm, patient, and encouraging, with a focus on making learning engaging and meaningful. I also have experience supporting children with special educational needs; I strive to create a positive, inclusive space where every learner feels supported and capable of achieving their full potential.
