About Sarah
I am an NQT with experience in teaching across the curriculum: phonics, maths, science, literacy, art, history.
I undertook a School Centred Initial Teacher Training course and PGCE at the University of Sussex. My main placement was teaching a Year 1 class at St Robert Southwell Catholic Primary School, Horsham. I will be a Class Teacher at a school in Cranleigh from September.
I have 18 months experience as volunteer, Teaching Assistant and Trainee Teacher in Primary Schools and 10 years experience in business most recently in marketing roles for Colgate. My undergraduate degree is in Modern Foreign Languages. Prior to my initial teacher training I had a career in business, during which I worked at large international companies for 10 years, most recently at Colgate in Guildford.
I enjoy baking cakes, cookery, running and arts and crafts. I am also a Brownie Leader.
