About Desi
Hi, my name is Desi, I’m 22 years old, and I am a wrestler who is still currently competing. I have been in sports since I can remember. Weight lifting and wrestling is what I’m most comfortable in teaching, but I am a student of sports so I like to learn as much as possible.

My lessons may vary depending on what your goals are, how much experience you have in moving your body, and how capable your body is to move.
I’m a huge advocate for proper warm ups. If we aren't breaking a sweat before the real work gets started then we’re doing something wrong.
