About Nicholas
Nicholas Brandon is passionate about helping people tap into their natural, inherent healing and creative energy. He has worked at numerous educational centres, performing art schools, acting and music colleges; as well as having a busy private practice.
Nicholas’ work is based on the Alexander Technique, with influences from ancient healing wisdom traditions such as meditation, yoga and on going personal and professional development. Through this work, Nicholas’ clients discover their true, natural authentic self, which allows them to pursue life’s challenges with more ease, presence, freedom, poise and self expression.

Over the last two decades I have helped hundreds of clients achieve a lasting solution to their back, neck and shoulder pain based on a unique system I have developed.

This first lesson offered with Nicholas will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
If you choose to take a course of lessons, they will be designed around your specific goals or challenges.
The course covers the principle elements and procedures of the Alexander Technique.
The course is 10 lessons which can be taken over a 3-4 month period. Each lesson is one hour.
The fee is £600. You may also want to pay as you go for individual lessons at £70 per lesson, which you may only require a few lessons.
