I've had the experience of being able to actually go to a Chinese restaurant in China with her and she helped me order in Mandarin and communicate with the service staff. With her excellent English skills she is an effective teacher of Mandarin who can specialise in speaking the language as the locals do. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.
