About Manas
I am an astrophysics and quantum physics enthusiast. I like to understand more about our universe, for that mathematics and physics are the tools. Therefore I have strong interests in these fields since my childhood. I have a BTech degree from NIT Rourkela and an MBA degree from IIM Kozhikode. I have worked with many MNCs in the last 10 years but now I want to teach aspiring students who wish to develop their understanding of the concepts of this universe further through mathematics and science. Since I am also a student of meditation and yoga myself, my teachings would also consist of some components of these philosophies and a rendition of its application in our modern-day academics.

My mathematics and science classes are intended for secondary and high school students. The structure usually involves starting with a problem to understand what that particular topic is and why it is important for the students to know about it. For example, if the class is about quadratic equations, then I start with a curve and try to find the x, y coordinates of the curve. Then trying to find a relation between x, y and making the students understand that it can't be expressed linearly and then introducing quadratic relations to visualize the curve. My classes often consist of components of meditation and yogic philosophies to impart focus, concentration, and an ethical approach to a problem in academia as well as life.
